Purchases & unlocking
No. Deep Revision Premium is a single one-time purchase — Ask & Learn, the personalised Revision Plan, and Mock Tests. There's no recurring charge, ever.
Open the app, go to the purchase screen, and tap Restore Purchase. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you originally purchased with, it will unlock automatically without charging you again.
First, try again after checking your internet connection. If it still fails:
This is rare, but if it happens: try Restore Purchase first. If that doesn't fix it, email us with your purchase receipt (from the App Store/Play Store order confirmation) and we'll sort it out.
Using the app
No — and we want to be upfront about this. Ask & Learn is a smart search tool, not a live AI tutor. When you type a question, it searches our built-in bank of 165 written model answers and finds the closest match — it doesn't generate new answers or send your question anywhere.
No. The app works fully without signing in or creating an account — just set up your profile (exam date and target score) and start revising.
Each day's mission is generated from your real quiz performance — which topics you're weaker on, how long since you last reviewed a topic, and how heavily it's tested — combined with a rotating weekly theme (Learn, Practice, Timed Practice, Mock Exam, etc). Saturdays are typically a full Mock Exam "Boss Day."
If we don't have a confident match, we'll say so honestly rather than guess — and point you to the closest related questions or a relevant topic in the Science Library instead.
Your data & progress
Entirely on your device. There's no account or server involved, so your quiz history, streak, and XP live locally on your phone.
Go to the Profile tab and tap Reset Progress. This clears your quiz history, streak, and mission progress so you can set up a fresh plan.
Since progress is stored on-device rather than in the cloud, it won't automatically carry over to a new phone. Your Premium unlock will restore via Restore Purchase, but quiz history and streaks start fresh on a new device.
Troubleshooting
Try closing and reopening the app. If it persists, force-quit the app fully (swipe it away from your app switcher) and relaunch — this clears any stuck input state.
Open-ended questions in mock exams are self-marked — you compare your own written answer against the model answer and mark yourself, so the score reflects your own assessment for that section. MCQ sections are marked automatically.
Email us a short description of what happened and, if possible, a screenshot — that's the fastest way for us to help.
